If you intend to receive medical treatment at our hospital as an international patient, you must contact our International Medical Support Department in advance.<\/p>\n

Any attempt to arrange medical treatment independently, without prior communication with the hospital, will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Why Prior Contact Is Required<\/h3>\n

Medical coordination is not a formality. It exists to protect you.<\/p>\n

International treatment requires accurate communication, clear understanding of the treatment process, and direct coordination with the hospital. Inappropriate arrangements made outside the hospital may place the patient at risk.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Our hospital reviews each case individually before accepting planned treatment. This allows us to confirm whether the requested evaluation or treatment is appropriate and feasible within our system.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

We have encountered cases in which individuals or agencies attempted to arrange hospital visits without prior communication with our hospital.<\/p>\n

Such arrangements are not permitted.<\/strong> If we identify that medical arrangements have been made without prior coordination with our hospital, we reserve the right to decline the appointment.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

To ensure safe and appropriate medical care, please contact our International Medical Support Department directly before making any arrangements.<\/p>\n

Emergency Department Policy<\/h3>\n

Our Emergency Room is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is available to anyone requiring urgent medical care for illness or injury while in Japan.<\/p>\n

However, the Emergency Department cannot be used as an entry point for planned consultations, health check-ups, or scheduled treatment. Visits of this nature will not be accepted through emergency services.<\/p>\n
