Notification of COVID-19 Test 【Positive】Results

Starting from May 9th, 2022, if the COVID-19 PCR test result is positive, we will notify you of the result by Short Message Service (SMS).

Test Date		Result notification date
Monday – Friday (10:30~14:30)	→	SMS will be sent after 13:00 of the next day
Friday (14:30) – Saturday (10:30)	→	SMS will be sent on Mondays after 13:00
Saturday (10:30) – Monday (10:30)	→	SMS will be sent on Tuesdays after 13:00

※・For tests conducted on a national holiday, SMS will be sent after 13:00 on the second day after the holiday.

　・If the test result is positive, you will receive a text message from the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare and the local public health center to inform you about after the onset. However please note that you might receive the message earlier than the one from our hospital depending on the situation.

If the test result was negative, we will not contact you. If you do not receive the text message from us within 3 days after the test, please understand that the test was negative. We will not respond to any inquiries or questions regarding test results. We ask for your understanding in advance.
