Fees:
Injection: ¥3,500 per dose
Nasal Spray: ¥7,700 per dose

Number of Doses:
Ages 1 to under 3 years: 2 doses
Ages 3 to under 13 years: 2 doses
Ages 13 to 15 years (middle school students): 1 dose

For Nasal Spray:
Eligible Age: 2 to 15 years
Number of Doses: 1 dose
Note: The Pediatric Department serves children up to junior high school students.

How to Make a booking:
1.For children requiring two injections:
・Please schedule both appointments at the same time.
・The second dose should be administered 2 to 4 weeks after the first dose.
2.For children with egg or gelatin allergies:
・Inform the staff at the time of reservation.

On the Day of Vaccination
1.Bring the Mother and Child Health Handbook:
・If forgotten, the vaccination cannot be administered.
2.If someone other than the parents accompanies the child:
・A letter of authorization is required. (This form is available at the Pediatric Outpatient Department.)
3.If the child has a temperature of 37.5°C or higher:
・The vaccination cannot be administered.

Additional Information
・FluMist Nasal Spray is now available this year. Please choose between the injection or the nasal spray.

・Booking:
・The earliest available reservation is 1 week from the booking date.
・If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 1 week before your appointment to ensure vaccine availability.

・Limited Supply
・Influenza vaccines are available while supplies last. Vaccinations will end once the supply is depleted.
