Visitors must obtain a pass at the reception desk.
Monday to Saturday: 11:00-16:30 at the reception desk.
After hours, Sunday and Public holidays: Night reception desk on the 1st floor.
Sunday and public holidays: Night reception desk on the 1st floor.
Please return the pass upon leaving.

You can print the form and fill it out before your visit. This will save you time and allow the visitor’s registration process to begin immediately when you arrive at the reception desk.

If you can’t print it out, just go to the reception and fill it out when you arrive.

Patient Rooms: 11:00 to 20:00
ICU, HCU, Emergency ICU, Next to Nurses’ stations: ①11:00-11:30 / ②15:00-15:30 / ③19:00-19:30

• Masks covering nose and mouth are mandatory for everyone.
• Visit only during designated hours.
• Be mindful of patients’ need for rest and treatment; keep visits brief.
• Check with a nurse station before visiting a patient.
• Meet in lounges to avoid disturbing other patients.
• Visits are not allowed if you are unwell, have a fever or cough, or are accompanied by children under six years old.
• Use hand sanitizer before entering rooms.
• Fresh flowers are not permitted in rooms.
• No parking permits are issued for visitors.
