For Patients with a Hospital Card and Patient ID
- For appointment changes, new bookings, or inquiries, please send us a message via WhatsApp.
- When requesting a new appointment or making changes, please provide your Patient ID, full name, and date of birth.
- Please note that your preferred date and time may not always be available based on our schedule.
- You cannot book appointments for tests; a doctor’s consultation is required first.
- If you require an English interpreter, please book this service in advance.
※ Same-day appointments are not accepted.
For Patients without a Hospital Card and Patient ID – Referral Letter Required
- Please visit a nearby clinic and obtain a referral letter addressed to our hospital.
- The clinic will arrange your appointment with us directly. You do not need to make the reservation yourself.
※ Discuss the department and preferred appointment time with the clinic.
For Patients without a Hospital Card and Patient ID – Walk-In
- If you do not have a referral letter, please visit the General Medicine Department.
- Booking appointment for General Internal Medicine and General Surgery are not available. Please come without a booking between 8:00 and 11:30, Monday to Saturday.
- If you need an English interpreter, please send a message via WhatsApp to inquire about booking an English interpreter.
1※ Please note that emergency patients are prioritized in the General Internal Medicine and
General Surgery departments, so you may experience long waiting times.
2※ Pediatric, Urology, Dermatology, and Dentistry/Oral Surgery patients with reservations will
be given priority, which may result in long waiting times for walk-in patients.
Pediatric Vaccine
Please make a pediatric vaccine appointments through WhatsApp, LINE, or the contact form.
Important Notes
- Vaccination is only available for residents of Kishiwada City.
- Appointments are required. Vaccinations without an appointment will not be accepted.
- Pediatric vaccination programs vary from country to country. If you choose to follow the Japanese vaccination program, please consider your planned return date to your home country. For more details, please contact us via WhatsApp, LINE, or the contact form.
- For those with religious restrictions on certain medications:
・ Most vaccines used at our hospital contain a substances derived from animals.
・The only vaccines that do not contain pork-derived ingredients are BCG, pneumococcal, and hepatitis B vaccines.
・The only vaccine that does not contain bovine(cow) -derived ingredients is the hepatitis B vaccine.
・The rotavirus vaccine, in particular, is an oral vaccine that contains substances derived from animals such as pigs and cows.
・If you have religious restrictions regarding certain medications, please inform us of this when making your reservation.
