Can I use my mobile phone inside the hospital?

Yes, mobile phones may be used in designated areas.
Please be mindful of others and keep noise to a minimum.

Is there a designated smoking area in the hospital?

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hospital premises.

Where can I eat or shop in the hospital?

While we do not have a restaurant or cafe, there is a small dining area inside the Lawson convenience store located on the north end of the 1st floor.
It is open daily from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Is there an ATM available?

Yes, an ATM is available inside the Lawson convenience store.

I have suggestions for improving hospital services. Who can I speak with?

Can I give small gifts like chocolates to the hospital staff?

We appreciate the gesture, but hospital policy strictly prohibits staff from accepting any gifts or money from patients.

Attending my appointment

Can I visit the hospital without a referral?

You can visit without a referral. However, priority is given to patients with appointments and those needing urgent care. Please note, there is an fee for Patients Without Referral Letters 7,700 yen (tax included), in addition to regular fees.

What should I do if I lose my patient registration card?

Please report to the reception desk for assistance.

Can I get a thorough medical health checkup at the hospital?
