Important Information About Medications

If you are currently taking any medications, please ensure you bring them with you when visiting our hospital.

[Guidelines for Bringing Medications]
1. Bring the Full Package:
Ideally, bring the entire medication package along with your Okusuri-techo (Medication Handbook) if you were prescribed the medications in Japan.

2. Medications from Your Home Country:
If you are taking medications prescribed in your home country or purchased at a pharmacy without a prescription, you must bring them with you . Without this information, it will be very difficult to prescribe medications, and in most cases, we cannot issue a prescription without confirming what you are currently taking.

3. Medication Compatibility:
– Please note that we may not be able to prescribe the same medications you are currently taking.
– In some cases, we may advise you to discontinue certain medications if deemed inappropriate for your treatment.

[Important Reminder]
If you are taking any medications, bringing them with you is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in an inability to prescribe the necessary treatments.
