Where to get a Visitor’s Pass

All visitors must obtain a visitor’s pass before entering patient areas.

  • Main Reception (daytime): Mon–Sat, 11:00–16:30
  • Night Reception: After hours, Sundays & public holidays
  • Please return the visitor’s pass when leaving the hospital.

Hospital Infection Prevention

  1. Mask requirement

    Masks covering both nose and mouth are mandatory for all visitors.

  2. Hand hygiene

    Please use hand sanitizer before entering patient rooms.

  3. Health condition

    Visits are not permitted if you feel unwell or have a fever or cough.

  4. Flowers

    Fresh flowers are not permitted in patient rooms.


Visitor Guidelines

  1. Visiting hours

    Visit only during designated visiting hours.

  2. Consideration for patients

    Keep visits brief and be mindful of patients’ need for rest and medical care.

  3. Check with staff

    Please check with the nurse station before visiting a patient.

  4. Use common areas

    Use hospital lounges whenever possible to avoid disturbing other patients.

  5. Children

    Visits are not permitted when accompanied by children under six years old

  6. Parking

    Parking permits are not issued for visitors.

Each additional 60 minutes ¥100


Parking is at your own risk. The hospital is not responsible for theft, damage, or accidents in the parking area.


Free Parking Eligibility

  1. Admission and discharge days

    Free parking is available on the day of hospital admission and discharge.

  2. Immediate family members of inpatients

    Immediate family members visiting inpatients are eligible for free parking.

  3. Outpatients with a medical receipt

    Please present your medical receipt to receive free parking.

  4. Surgery days

    Free parking is available on the day of surgery.

  5. Hospital-requested visits

    Free parking applies when a visit is specifically requested by the hospital.
