Confirm service scope and fee
Our International Medical Support Department will reply with instructions,
required items, and payment guidance for the Second Opinion service. -
Submit medical records (after payment)
After payment is completed, we will guide you on how to submit medical records and files
safely and efficiently. -
Physician review and written outcome
A physician reviews the records and provides the outcome.
Depending on the case, we may recommend an in-person consultation or additional information.

- Recent test results (blood tests, imaging reports, pathology reports if applicable)
- Medication list and allergies
