Walk-in availability by department

Walk-in visits (same-day visits without an appointment) are accepted only for:
Genera internal medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Urology, Dermatology, and Dentistry / Oral Surgery.
Walk-in visits are not accepted for other specialty departments.

1) Patient ID holders
  • Send us a message via WhatsApp / LINE for booking changes, new bookings, or inquiries.
  • When requesting a new appointment or making changes, please provide your Patient ID, full name, and date of birth.
  • Please note that your preferred date and time may not always be available.
  • You cannot book appointments for tests directly; a doctor’s consultation is required first.
  • If you require an English interpreter, please request it in advance.
  • Same-day appointments are not accepted.
2) No Patient ID (Referral letter required)
  • Please visit a nearby clinic and obtain a referral letter addressed to Kishiwada Tokushukai Hospital.
  • The clinic will arrange your appointment with us directly. You do not need to make the reservation yourself.
  • Discuss the department and preferred appointment time with the clinic.
3) No Patient ID (Walk-in)
  • If you do not have a referral letter, please visit the General Medicine Department.
  • Walk-in hours: 8:00 AM–11:30 AM, Monday–Saturday.
  • If you need an English interpreter, please send us a message in advance.

Emergency patients are prioritized in General Medicine, so waiting times may be long.

Important information regarding religious restrictions

  • Most vaccines used at our hospital contain substances derived from animals.
  • Vaccines that do not contain pork-derived ingredients include: BCG, pneumococcal, and hepatitis B vaccines.
  • The hepatitis B vaccine does not contain bovine (cow)-derived ingredients.
  • The rotavirus vaccine is an oral vaccine and contains substances derived from animals, such as pigs and cows.
  • Please inform us before making your appointment.
