This program provides advanced clinical training in the management of peritoneal metastasis,
cytoreductive surgery (CRS), and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC)
under the supervision of Dr. Yutaka Yonemura at Kishiwada Tokushukai Hospital.
The program is intended for physicians seeking practical exposure to advanced surgical oncology,
perioperative management, imaging evaluation, and academic activities related to peritoneal surface malignancies.

Funding and Expenses
Kishiwada Tokushukai Hospital does not provide scholarships, salary support,
housing support, or financial sponsorship for this program.
No program fees are charged for approved clinical training under Dr. Yonemura.

Application Process
All applications are reviewed individually by the Committee for Advanced Clinical Training for Foreign Physicians
at Kishiwada Tokushukai Hospital.
Approved applicants will be guided through the necessary procedures for obtaining an Advanced Clinical Training visa
and related institutional documentation.
Acceptance is not guaranteed. The number of trainees accepted at any given time may be limited
depending on clinical scheduling, operating room activities, and institutional capacity.

Current Intake Availability
Training must start on a Monday. The minimum training period is two weeks. Applications outside the listed available start dates may not be accepted.
Some training periods may include temporary breaks due to national holidays or hospital scheduling periods. Final acceptance remains subject to departmental approval, visa/COE feasibility, and hospital capacity.
Accommodation
Applicants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation during the training period.
