Your Rights
- You will be respected and valued as a person.
- You can receive the treatment that is considered best for you.
-
If there is anything you do not understand or if you feel worried, you can ask hospital staff at any time.
They will explain it to you in an easy-to-understand way—again and again if needed. - After receiving enough explanation, you can share your thoughts and feelings with your family and hospital staff.
- If there are things you do not want others to know, you can tell your family and hospital staff so they can keep it private.
* These rights are based on the spirit of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
