Boshi Techo and vaccine record

We provide routine pediatric vaccinations based on Japan’s standard immunization schedule. If you are unsure which vaccines your child needs, please bring your Boshi Techo and any vaccination records, and we will help confirm the recommended timing.

Who this is for

  • Residents of Kishiwada City only (municipal eligibility rules apply)
  • Children living in Japan who need routine immunisations
  • Families who want help checking the next vaccine due date
  • Children who need vaccines for school/nursery requirements

Pediatric vaccinations through the municipal program are available only for residents of Kishiwada City. We are not able to make exceptions.

Some vaccines require advance scheduling depending on the vaccine type and stock availability. If you wish to receive a vaccine on a specific date, we recommend contacting us in advance.
