New Multilingual Guidance Page: How to Receive Medicine After Seeing a Doctor
2026/06/05
We have added a new guidance page explaining how patients can receive their medicine after seeing a doctor in Japan.
In Japan, patients may receive a prescription after their consultation and then collect their medicine from a pharmacy.
For patients who are not familiar with this system, the process may not always be easy to understand.
The new page uses simple pictures, photos, and short multilingual explanations to show what to do after receiving a prescription.
The guidance is available in Vietnamese, Tagalog, Burmese, Nepali, Arabic, and English.
