About Us
Gastroenterology at Kishiwada Tokushukai Hospital provides diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic conditions. We focus on safe, minimally invasive care, including endoscopic examinations and advanced endoscopic procedures.
We manage both scheduled consultations and urgent cases, including gastrointestinal bleeding and acute biliary or pancreatic conditions. Our team works closely with the Emergency Department and other specialties to provide timely evaluation and treatment when hospitalisation is needed.
Our Endoscopy Centre supports routine endoscopy as well as specialised procedures such as ESD (endoscopic submucosal dissection), ERCP-based interventions, and SpyGlass DS cholangioscopy. The IBD outpatient clinic, established in 2023, provides dedicated long-term management for ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, with over 500 patients currently under active care.
